Hello there and welcome to Miracles Counseling Centers. Congratulations in taking the first step in self- discovery, enhancing your life and choosing to check out my bio! I have been practicing at Miracles for 10 years and find it very rewarding. I previously worked as a counselor and counseling supervisor in both New Jersey and New York City for 20 years.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and received my degree at Hunter College in New York City. I have experience in  counseling children, adolescents and adults with a variety of diagnoses, while working in private practice, inpatient and outpatient settings. I am trained treating grief and loss, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, attention deficit disorder in children and adults, and couples counseling. My theoretical perspective is one of a humanistic and relational approach while using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I also am trained in experiential therapies, which have proven to aid the client in exploring underlying issues. I believe that you do have the answers and I can assist you by joining in your process and continuing to help develop healthier coping skills to deal with your daily stressors!Thank you and looking forward to meeting you.
