Hello! My work has been devoted to empowering each individual to work on their goals to provide them alternative tools to make the necessary changes in attain these. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtained my Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. I have previously worked as a therapist for both the New York State Office of Mental Health and also as the Director of Clinical Services for Atrium Healthcare. I also served on the NC Social Work Licensing Board.

I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults in both the outpatient and inpatient settings. I have experience in working with ADHD, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Grief, and Substance Abuse. I work with family systems and cognitive behavioral skills. I treat each person as an individual and assist them in developing their own individualized treatment approach and coping skills.
