I  believe that we are all meant to be whole in body, mind and spirit. Our lives are the journeys we are taking towards this wholeness. There will be trials and tribulations, detours from where we thought we were going. This is when we reach out for help to be guided back to our true paths. It is an honor for me to support your growth using therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, CPT, Redecision Theapy, Gestalt, Yoga and Meditation.

I work with adults who are experiencing normal life transitions such as the beginning or ending of relationships, job distress or loss, relocation, aging, grief, and the search for one's purpose.

I also work with those struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma/PTSD, childhood abuse and domestic violence.

I have specialized training and enjoy working with veterans and their families.
